Shipping policy

ORDER FULFILLMENT
Please allow 1–2 business days for processing. Once your order is shipped out, you will receive a shipping notification with a tracking number.

SHIPPING COST
We offer Free Shipping on ORDERS OVER $ 50 +. For ORDERS UNDER $ 50, shipping costs may vary between products and will be displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time within Europe is 7 to 10 days. On rare occasions, this may be affected by unforeseen delays.

TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable customs, import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges are the customer’s responsibility. Zenzy does not have any control over these fees and is not responsible for fee reimbursements.

PACKAGE SAFETY & LIABILITY
All shipped orders become the responsibility of the shipping courier. In the rare event that your package is lost, please contact the courier to open an investigation and a resolution.  Zenzy may offer a complimentary replacement shipment. Refunds are not applicable on lost order.

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIME
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. Please write to us immediately at contact@buyzenzy.com to see if we're able to make any adjustments to your order. If the order hasn't been shipped out, we would be more than happy to correct the shipping address for you. If your order has already been processed and shipped, it is your responsibility to retrieve the package from the address it is being shipped to.
